I am a BACP-accredited counsellor working with children, young people, and adults. I combine counselling and family constellations to create a safe space built on trust, play, and research-based practices. My goal is to support lasting change, helping clients reconnect with their true self, their gifts, and their natural creativity

I am very excited to have designed this new workshop in collaboration with my wife. Our focus is to create a space rooted in safety, curiosity, and creativity to develop insight, tools and resources for new ways of being to reconnect and deepen connection.
During the day you will:
Take part in grounding and body-based exercises.
Join as a client, witness, or representative in three constellations.
Experience how shared participation supports clarity and change.
The group setting creates a safe space for exploration and insight, with each role contributing to the whole process.
Counselling

I offer one-to-one counselling for children, young people, and adults.
I support people who face depression, anger, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm.
You can meet me face-to-face or online.
As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to what suits you best. I believe you already hold the wisdom and strength needed for healing. My role is to help you reconnect with it.
I offer a safe and open space where you can be honest, challenged, supported and creative. Together, we explore what holds you back and help you move toward resilience, acceptance, and a more authentic life.

I offer integrative and creative supervision, working within the normative, formative, and restorative functions. Creative methods provide a safe way to explore emotions, reflect on practice, and develop new perspectives. My aim is to support your growth as a practitioner, strengthen your work with clients, and attend to the wider systems you work within.
Individual Family Constellations

Family Constellations is a systemic approach created by Bert Hellinger. It reveals hidden family dynamics and inherited trauma that shape your present challenges. By representing relationships, it brings to light unconscious patterns and unresolved events. This process supports awareness, helps release inherited burdens, and opens space for more clarity and freedom in your relationships, work, health, and creativity.
The approach rests on three core principles, known as the Order of Love:
Belonging: Every family member has a rightful place, including those who have been forgotten or excluded.
Order: Families follow a natural hierarchy where earlier generations hold precedence and respect.
Giving and Receiving: Relationships grow through balance. When exchange feels fair, connection deepens, and healing becomes possible.
You can meet me in person or online, in a space that supports reflection, honesty, and gentle transformation.
About Me
I am a French counsellor (BA, PGDip, MBACP Accred.) and family constellations facilitator working with children, young people, adults, and neurodivergent clients. I offer sessions in private practice, schools, and community settings.
My work blends counselling and family constellations. The aim is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and open to curiosity and trust.
My approach is relational and evidence-based. I support lasting change and help you gain a clearer sense of who you are.
I work with people facing relationship struggles, emotional pain, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, anger, low self-worth, and identity concerns. Some seek to explore family dynamics or understand how ancestral trauma affects their life today.
The heart of my work is relationship. We build trust, develop insight, and look at how the past shapes the present. Together, we release what no longer serves and open space for new ways of being.
My purpose is to deepen connection—with myself, my family, my clients, and the wider world. I value relationships that are honest, playful, and alive. Witnessing someone reconnect with their true self brings me gratitude and meaning. This work also keeps me aware of my own story and grounded in authenticity.
